This is the best way to contact us:
- For consultation requests, please state the specific topic in your request and provide us with all the necessary information (see below) .
- Please use the open consultation hours of the contact persons.
- If this is not possible, please indicate your availability by telephone or 2-3 suggested appointments for an on-site consultation / video call.
- Please get in touch with the contact person responsible for you (see below). If you are unsure, please first write to the program coordinator of the respective degree program. They will then forward you accordingly.
Please note the following so that we can process your request:

- Request in subject line
- First and last name (e.g. in signature)
- Matriculation number(s) (e.g. in signature)
- Degree program in which you are studying (e.g. in signature)
- Current semester (e.g. in signature)
- Title (and number) of the course concerned
- If applicable, (all) relevant module parallel(s) &
- Comments, screenshots or attachments, if applicable
